they dont go over your factory cloth, these are the ones that you remove your cloth and then put the leather over the cushions.

well....it's vinyl on the sides but it's got leather center. lol oh well, at least it's better than icky cloth

well ven teh fabric one's have a fabric cover on em too! btw: factory leather was perforated (one with holes) this one from the pic seems different!
