having hard time keeping your front bumper clean??

I could never keep the front bumper clean...the bugs, small chips, tars....and because my solara is white, it's impossible to get my bumper clean. I've tried one of those special sponges for bugs and tars but didnt work. What do you guys do to keep your bumper clean?

Should I try rubbing compound???

How about washing your car once a week? I have one of those black front bra's and if you have that on for too long dirt and rocks get trapped within the bra and can cause more harm to your paint. I only find the bra useful for long drives to Vegas or San Diego. You can try that clear one for $700.

The clear one is NOT $700 bux! I got mine for less than $300 installed.

Starshield armor does it for all Southern Cali Mercedes/BMW/Audi/Lexus Dealerships... if you give them a call... they'll quote you a price. but I gaurantee you it's not $700 bux!

I think my question got lost in the stack of slams about the pricing. I'm just wondering from anyone who actually has the clear bra installed how easy it is to maintain. Is it easier to get bugs and tar off? TIA -JoeB

I know they have warranties for them for yellowing and such. I think it's rather easy to keep clean. It's just more or less a big clear sticker on your bumper. I'm sure you probably clean it just the same as the rest of the car, sans the waxing..

you take care of the clear bra the same as if there was no bra at all. Before you get it though i would say fix the damage to the car (chiped and damaged paint) before you install it. Maintenence is not bad
