Stock Rim size?!?

Stock Rim size?!?

I'm thinking about doing some mods to my car to improve handling. One beef I've got is the skinny 205's the stock rims come with. I've got the 16" Aluminum 6 spoke rims the SLEv6 comes with. Does anyone know how wide this rim is? I've looked in the owners manual, and did a search... and all I can seem to find is whether 18" 235's will rub. : (

I checked out a tire calculator, and it sez that 215 55 16's are about the same size as the 205 60 16's, and wanted to know if I could throw a set on the stock rims.

that sounds like the right size for stock 16s.

You should just save up for cheap wide 17 s tho (IMO)

i did that route before.

215/55/16 will fit fine, however it will have a trapezoid look to them.
