Has anyone ever tried to custom make these pillar bars in there Solara or Camry? That would be so cool if Under Preasure Fabrication & Distribution could help us out with mass production. Can someone find out that has close ties with them. Danny if your seeing this check it out...

This guy did it in his Taurus...

Seems like these would be a nuisance in a 2 door car with a back seat. I don't quite see the benefit, but maybe I'm missing something.

Ridgity. :D Personally, I wish someone would release a rear strut bar. The TRD one for the Celica makes the back end of that car feel much more solid.
Let's just pretend I didn't grow up, or you're going to be terribly disappointed.

What if you got into an accident and there were people in the back seat? They would whack their heads on that bar and surely die!

Geez I did not see it this way. I was looking into the suspention part of it. Rear strut bar I guess would be safer. Thanks for the eye opener. :o

Thats right, a poor engineered roll bar will knock out the passager or the driver's brain. you can try th center floor roll bar tho.

If I need a bar to install harness, I'd go with a full cage and strip the interior.

our cars dont need any of those pointless rear bars. the only rear bar that helps is the RSB.

celicas, civic hatches have them because there is no connection in the rear for the driver's and passenger's side strut housings . our cars haves that structure for connecting the both sides.

so if you get such thing, its a rice move imho.

if you really think about it, we already have a huge bar connecting the two sides already.
