really want more sound to my car now...

those intakes on ebay for 30 to 50 bucks, are those ANY GOOD? or can you guys find a good deal for injens for me? or AEM?

aight..I'm not so much into the performance, as it won't help much anyway, just looking for a growl...

Yea dude, I bought one(stupidly) and it really sucked. They are even missing one of the vacum hose connectors, they are crap. Plus they are basically"hot air intakes". Your best bet is the Injen with the extension, the only other thing close ,less performance wise, would be the stock one.

im just getting started with performance mods ....and i am going to be installing the ebay intake on my solara as soon as i get the air intake ....why are you guys so against it ? for me im not expecting any gains but just a better sounding ride....

well from previous owners of cheap ebay intakes... everyone says their of poor quality and does not provide the gains/noise you want...
