What would you guys do?

Twin turbo the v6 i have + about 7 grand worth of motor build up ( project aim about 650 whp at 18-20 psi and 800 at 28) or a 3s- gte with all trac tranny and about 4 grand into the motor people have been getting upto 530 hp on stock block. The all trac tranny would be matted with a similar set of gears in the back. ... either way it will cost alot, im prepared for that... but any one has any opinions?

I also have 2 of the v6 motors and 0 3s's so there would be virtually no "down time" with the v6 while the heads are being worked on and the bottom end is being rebuilt.

I wish you luck on your project but wouldn't it be more worthwhile to get a rwd car if you're going for that much hp?

I a question cause what is the alltrack syste going in cause I am putting it into my corolla. You have to understand that you will not make that power with AWD right now I am at 356.3whp on my corolla.

"Realizing the heavyweight of MV cars, this twin turbo kit will solve low power during heavy load situations. Includes turbine, front pipe, intake pipe, exhaust manifold with this twin turbo V6 kit. The latter option (approx $7000) is with an intercooler. Normal spec is a 220 to over 270ps increase."

Keep in mind the stock 1mz doesn't have the strength of a stock Evo/Skyline head and block.

All "FE" motors were designed for economy use and not performance to the extreams we are talking about. Like GR said.

Even if you didn't have the solara it would be difficult to make 650RWHP for only 7000.

Good luck with your project, stay away from the solara for heavy engine mods.
