man there are tons of places out there, do a google search and u'll see what i mean. To be more descriptive, I have a Sam's club membership, and i've noticed that tires there are usually a bit cheaper than other places, but for what u are looking for, u'd have to special order them and that can take a few weeks. The tires i got for my ride recently cost me $170/ea at Kauffman tires and at Sam's were like $150, but I had to wait about 3 weeks. The best thing u can do is try to get a hook up at some tire shop because keep in mind that if u order tires online, u'll still have to pay for balance, install, etc at ur local shop

tires for bigger rims are generally much more expensive

I got good new tires for my 15's for 40 bucks each from Tirerack. Their prices are usually pretty good for what your getting.

Check 1010tires.com and whalentire.com for some other ideas.
