TRD springs on factory struts?

I'm a newbie here and have a question about my springs/struts. I bought a set of TRD springs off a guy's showcar and installed them. I didn't have enough money to buy new struts so I used the stock struts. After reading some on the forum it sounds like everyone upgraded both springs and struts. Is there a problem only doing springs for now?

this will cause the stock struts to wear a lot faster than they should. eventually you will be bouncing like a beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeotch! It's ok if you don't mind boucing around, but you'll eventually have to replace the struts due to over-wear.

i have trd springs with stock struts, ive had this setup for about 50,000 miles and still no difference in ride quality. If you are going to toss the the stock struts anyway, might as well leave em on till they go bad.

ive been running trd springs and stock shocks ever since i had 5K on my car...90K later no problems lots of bouncing but otherwise..

You will blow your struts. But I've heard from other people that they feel no difference except when they drive over speed bumps.

I had Intrax Springs on my 3rd Gen Camry V6 with stock struts and the ride was really bad.

i have eibach springs and i drove with stock stuts for about a year. It rode cool until recently where i would bounce a little too much and my car would bottom out so i would recommend you buying struts as soon as you can!
