I will pay if it works with the minimal HID light beam glare. I'm in, come on my fellow SolaraGuy comrades.

I'll post some pics as soon as I get my camera back. But as to cost, just for materials you're looking at about:

Ballasts & Bulbs 150-200
Projectors 130-160
Headlights 150 ea.

All these prices are from ebay.

So you can save $$$ if you use your existing headlights but it's going to take 1-3 weeks. I need 2-3 days to do it but shipping time is about 3-5 days each way.

I still haven't figured out how much labor this would cost, I'm trying to be fair to myself and everyone else. I'd love to do it for free but it takes quite a bit of work.

Before taking on this venture, I was quoted from someone else who made their own on $250 just for the labor. Mine won't nearly be as costly so don't sweat too much, that's just to give you guys figures. I guess once the pics come out you guys can get a better picture of what you'll be buying.

Here's some pics of it off the car, I'll install them tomorrow and take more pics day and night. If that's what you guys want, that's pretty much what it's going to look like in your headlamp. There are others who have made bowls to coverup the projector just exposing the lens but that takes more time than its worth to me. For my purposes I'm happy with the result.

since camry have 2 separate housing for high and low beam, is that possible to put 2 projector into solara's housing? just like the old ES 300. I think that will looks better, but it might be harder to do. :o

p.s. I think it'd look WAYYYYY better with a bezel (the bowl thingie), you should buy those! looks a lot more OEM.
