Are 19s too heavy for my I4?

I'm upgrading from 17s and originally wanted 18s. But now after a few days of shopping around I think I would eventually be unhappy with 18s and want 19s. So here is the deciding factor, will 19s (aluminum, not enough $$$$ for lights) severely cut down on the already minimal acceleration my I4 has? :o

My dream rims! > SSR competition > 15lb per rim! > 18x7.5
or 17x7.5 @ 13.6lb

I'll be sure to get these if I were to ever get new rims.
Got a special project on the way. Keeping this one on the hush hush.

I would not get other type heavy 19" rims for the 4cyl.

thanks for the opinions...

right now i'm still leaning towards 19s, i guess i figure i'm not going anywhere too fast to begin with so why not go big at the expense of a few more pounds. the rims i have right now i think are about 22-23lbs/wheel (kinda heavy for 17s) the ones i'm looking at right now are ADR Fuels @ 26lbs/wheel, Enkei Aegis, and ADR M-Classics. Hope to order by Wednesday!

wish i had the extra g's for Volks and SSRs!

I just ordered the HP Racing EVOs 18x8...i was really really really really really close to getting the ADR Fuels in 19 inch format...got any pics of the ADRs? I just couldn't imagine them on my Solara so it'd be cool to see them installed...but then again seeing them might make me regret downsizing to what appear to be some weighty 18s :-? Oh well...the ebay distributor of the Fuels said they weighed 26lbs per wheel...but if they don't feel that heavy then that's even better...congrats on the 19s btw :bday:
