Under factory warranty from Toyta?

I'm looking at the TRD struts VS Tokicos.
Can anyone help?

Are you asking if it's covered under bumper-to-bumper warranty? If that's it, then it depends on who does/did the install for your TRD/Bilstein struts. If they did it, then it's still good within the bumper-to-bumper warranty and/or 12 month/12K mi. warranty, whichever comes first.
