im selling my car!!!!! but PROBLEMS!!!!

Should I trade in it or sell it to someone else?

My car is HEAVILY MODIFIED! j/k

let's see...I changed the shift knob and I cant really put the stock one back on. The O/D button...gone. Lowered with Eibach/Tokico. I took out my OEM spoiler. Tinted. Clear corners. After market woodtrim, Jon11582's panasonic deck, indiglo gauges, rims.... :(

My car is a 2000 4 banger auto Solara with 68k

I was thinking to sell the car around 10k with all the crap on it. Is that a reasonable price?

10k sounds reasonable. Have you decided what car youre getting next?

i dont get why ppl ask questions like how much can they get online without anyone actually looking at the car. for example what if your car has oxidation in certain parts of the car that is something that would lower the value, etc etc...so unless u actually get ur car appraised how would anyone know beyond a estimate..? just me....

lucky if you get to sell it at that price. Expect less then that. ^ All things considering if the car is in good shape and with the comments listed.

i've seen similar car being sold at range 6k to 8k.
my opinion, with the mods, only if people like it and willing to paid for it, otherwise, it will be even lower.

Yep, so true. Being the I4, you'll probably look at <$10k.

Just bcause its an i4 doesn't automaticaly mean you'll get less (mind you my 14 year old dealer maintained 5sfe celica with over 1550K miles went for 4 grand).
* Forget about the shift knob (most people don't use the od button to begin with).
* I'd suggest you part out Eibach/Tokico for OEM parts swap (and the buyer pays for the labor)..You never know..you might find a sucker.
* I know you took out the spoiler..hows the trunk lid (with gray primer sports) or was it well taken care off to have holes repainted?? (bottomline - is it evident that there existed a spoiler from visual inspection).
* Tinted - add's value if its still looking good (CA people will appreciate that).
* Clear corners, indiglo gauges, rims, wood trim - sell it here (or ebay) OR swap for OEM ones.
* Jon11582's panasonic deck - If its anything extra (mp3 player, cd changer??) leave it in...

Bottom line: People don't want a street racer car or one that appears to be modded/raced ( i know 5s motors aren't exactly up there..but people's perceptions are).

If you're willing to part it out I'd be willing to buy the wood trim from you if you have what I'm looking for.

if you can sell your 2000 i4 auto for $10k, and love stick shift,
you may consider down grade to this vehicle
