I usually take to a local shop i know (i buy the parts and fluids) and just ask them for the services (this way, they only charge labor). A toyota dealership by my place had two options:
1. drain & fill for 69
2. Tranny flush for 129 (this is what i'd recommed for you).

But you make the call....if you think your tranny is screwed up and needs TLC then spend the grand..If you think you want to take a chance based on someone like me Godsspeed! :angel:
