annoying clutch pedal

Hey everyone, long time reader, first time poster. I just bought my 2000 solara se 4 banger 5 speed about a month ago. Im very happy with it and so far i bought gunmetal 18s and the TRD bolt on muffler for her. Most of all, since i have street racing on my record 
, its great to pay insurance for a camry. Anyway, my complaint is the clutch pedal. I think it can be pressed down way too far. Thus, im constantly adjusting my seating position to be comfortable, but since it engages at the very top i cant seem to get comfy. Has anyone adjusted theirs? Is this even possibe? Thanks
