I baby my solara a lot but its my first car and i can never afford a new car until I earn my way into life with a good earning job. =) I give it the Yellow/Green/Blue Services. I tend to give the yellow service every 3000-5000Mi or whatever my next checkup is at on the maintenance sticker on my windshield.

Had my tires replaced around 35K Mi with better performance tires I think but they're still on the 15" OEM Wheel/Rim I had equiped with my car. So far I have 46.5K Mi on my car. Nearing the point I guess when I need a transmission belt replacement hehe.

My brake pads were 40%front/50%rear from my 45K Mi maintenance and still stock from 2000. =)

TRD Air filter/TRD RSB. Debating if I can save up enough to throw on the 17" TRD type wheels and Tokico/Eibach setup.

I don't know what average is...but I personally wait for dealership coupons, $250 ballpark is what i pay for their 30K mile services.
