I just bought a 99 Solara SE V6 and I'm looking to make upgrades to it, I've got around 1500$ for it but will have more by the end of summer, what do you think are some good performance upgrades I might be able to make?

what are you looking for?

what will it be used for? drag? street? canyon?

$1500 is a comfortable way to start.

I'm looking more into street..., as of right now I'm pretty much looking into performance, once I get more money it will probably go towards a body kit

looking for performance mainly, appearance will be covered with a body kit first then I'll work on the interior... (again when I can afford all of that) which is why lowering solves two problems ^_^
