redkysolarase wrote:I hope I don't regret it. I mean it was only 17 bucks but that's a lot for some bulbs that won't get used that often. It'll be awhole lot better than amber bulbs in there or even clear ones. You said make sure I got the ones that blink amber.... there wasn't anything in the ordering process that let me choose. Was I suppose to tell them I wanted the ones that glow amber? I hope not cuz if I was supposed to then I'm not getting them

When I bought mine I specified white, but according to the description amber is default. You do need to specify which type of bulb you need. I specified in "Notes" when checking out using PayPal. You can email the seller with your transaction/order number if you didn't do so.

Like I need 1157s? Yeah I told him that much. Just not whether or not I wanted ones that shown up as amber or another color. If it comes out to be amber I'll be cool with it.

I got my bulbs in yesterday and I'm going to put them in today. So far I like the looks of them but I can't really decide until I have them in. I'm going to do that in an hour or so. When I'm done I'll come back and repost.

Put the bulbs in yesterday and they look great. I'm really pleased with them. Can't really seem them from a distance during the day like I could the amber ones or even the clear ones. They look good at night too. Probably the best 17 bucks I've spent on my car yet :)

someone find me a site to get those same bulbs please? I'm having a hard time. Just ordered those euro clear corners for $8.99 from e-bay! shipping cost more then the freaking product.

http://autolumination.com/1156_1157.htm

Last ones on the page - Silver Vision.
2.99 ea, S/H is just 2 bucks for an order under 10 bucks. I dont know if thier the same bulbs, but I like em.

I had APC titans ($12/pair Chrome by day, orangy amber when lit) and I had Silvania Silverstar corners ($20/pair - Blue by day, yellowish amber when lit), but im using these Silver Vision ones now. The chrome is a bit darker than the APC titans, but its a heck of alot cheaper. It lights up the same color as the titans, for amber at least, which is the one I got.

Nevermind. . . http://www.zer0.info/solaraguy/viewtopi ... hlight=194

I just got every single replacement bulb that I can find from that website you just referred me to. Total with priority shipping $42.00 No LEDs

Thats a hell of a deal for the amount of bulbs I purchased.

I got the silver/amber for the turning signals for front and back. I want to stay as legal as posible. Depending on how it looks with the HID headlights I'll do that trick to keep them off and only shine when turning.

The only problem with them is that you can't really see them when you have your turning signal on though. I've turned in front of a cop before and they didn't do anything so I guess you can see it enough to where they won't bother you.
