Which iridium plugs last longer, NGK or Denso?

I've got 32k miles on my Denso IK22 plugs. I have a 99 Solara V6 5spd with supercharger at 4 psi. No other engine mods. I'm curious if the NGK iridium plugs last any longer than the Densos. The Densos are supposed to last only 30k, so I'm overdue. But considering I have an SC, it's difficult to impossible for me to replace the plugs and expensive to get a dealer to do it. Any opinions on the NGKs?
