What do you think?
I finally got my hands on a solara that was slightly wrecked, mostly front end damage. I have been trying to think of what I really want to do with it. I have a choice; I can rebuild the entire front with tube steel or rework the front a little bit. If I rebuild the entire front I would end up having a one piece fiberglass shell built for it. Myself I don't know that I want that look, though it would be very light. If I stay with the current frame I will have a stock looking solara and that is even better. What do you guys think? The car is getting converted to a rwd with a 6spd getrag / 2jz. There is space to mount the engine in the front so it does not need to be extended. I just cannot see a fiber front end on it. I have looked at some other cars that have had this done but I dunno. I think it would take alot away from the car.
