Re: tranny problems
Gregtrd wrote:if your tanny fuild is very low your car won't run i know this from experiance, do you know how to check your trans fuild level, its not like checking the engine oil!! turn you car on and leave it on for about 15 minuits and shift from parking thru 1st slowly a couple of time then go check your trans dip stick, if there is no fuild add some, remember when you add fuild you must shift thru all the gear again, if you dont you'll see it full and it not because the fuild it must go thru all the gears. if you see no fuild when you first check it, it'll take about 3 qt.s, make should that you dont over fill it. just keep check the way told you.
if you have no trans fuild may it could be leaking from; oil pan or there some other seals that go on the drive shafts. any how if you need help email me. i my self did a engine swap on my camry from i4 to v6 it more work you guy think. i got it done in a week. i got had a bad trany and swaped it 6hrs so i have a good idea of what is going on.
