I completely agree on the last part, but get this, I talked to RJ and he tells me he installed one this morning and it fit fine and everything. He has certainly helped us so I find it really hard to think that he is not being honest, and at the same time, the shop I've taken it to is one of the best in town at the work they do. They have done some amazing work on other cars, they have worked on my car before and there is where most of my car club people take their cars... (and i'm not talking about just any car, most are Lexus, G35's, Supra's, etc). They are willing to take my car in again once I find the right clutch for it, but this time they will be getting it for me, at whatever deal I can get one for, all I have to do is find one, tell them where i'm getting it from, and they'll make the purchase just to make sure they are getting the right part. So with that said... I really dont see why they would want to screw me like this. RJ said he will "see" if he can get me a refund for the part, or else I should take it to another shop, but come one, what if the part dont fit, again? should i make him liable for the labor cost as well? obviously there is only one way to find out if it fits, and that is taking it apart. I hope he can understand that i CANNOT afford this, unless someone is willing to take the cost. Now, about me taking it apart and doing the work, if that was possible, I would've done that in the 1st place, but (1) I cannot afford being without a car for 1 day, and (2) if i F* something up, I will be screwed even more. Im stuck between he said, she said type of deal and the only one that can save the day now is RJ by allowing me to get a refund and then get the part back to ACT. The shop I am talking about is

. If I were in the area I'd give you a hand, but I'm not =/. Sounds to me like the wrong part got put in the wrong box, it's been known to happen...
