I would recommend getting one for people who dont want to spend alot of money on one.Just my opinion if u want to save some money
I'm responding to both comments.
For most honda's they didn't have the MAF sensor either which is why honda's/Acura can run them without problems.
The reason that most Toyota's dont like those is that they set of the CEL because of the MAF sensor. Its reading that too much air is pushed in but your not offsetting the fuel it needs. If you look under the engine bay of most Toyota's they all have MAF sensor. Most early 90's even to early 00's hondas didn't use MAF sensors. So they dont have that problem. Otherwise why would name brand intake cost so much. Its because they had to spend the money to R&D a product so that it matches the car without setting of engine codes which cause lost of power.
The cheap ebay ones have not been R&D'd. They just throw some pipes together to make the angles to fit the car and call it a day. Their was not logic behind the process of their product. Thats why they are so cheap. They can careless if if provides gains for even correction of air/fuel delivery for the spec. car.
Hope this helped..
