Dear Dimik, this is my dream swap. It has been done in the Streetglow and Lucas Oil Solaras, but no daily drive Solara is being pushed around by a 2JZ-G(T)E engine.
It will not work without a good deal of money for several reasons.
The basic ones are this.
1) The Solara's 1MZ is a V6, whereas the Supras 2JZ is an I6. The inline formation of the cylinders means the engine won't fit in the engine bay perpendicular to the wheels to be used as a front wheel drive engine. This means your car would need to be converted to RWD, and considering the need to replace a dead rear axle with a differential rear axle, most likely from an actual Supra, which I assume would be a difficult retrofit (I have no idea though) the rebuilding logistics of it just aren't there.
2) Engine mounts.
3) Wiring harnesses.
4) I'm guessing a good reconfiguration/location of near everything in your engine bay as it'll more than likely need to be set up like a Supra.
5) Transmission.
6) It will cost you a pretty penny to find a good 2JZ in the first place, much less someone who will do the swap for you at a good price.
If you have the money, and get past numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 let us know.

It will run one day, RPMs EVERYWHERE!
