I don't own a set yet, but they are supposed to be the best wires money can buy!

buy the ngks for 36 bucks, it may just be an oem replacements but frankly your not going to notice any difference with the more expensive magnacores.

It won't be any performance gains. Just that expensive wires are for better flow of the spark and not that prone to being messed up compared to OEM ones.

Magnecore is good and Sparkco wires are good as well.

I have had mine for almost 3 years. No Problems, but they are expensive.

When they first introduced them for our application there was a lot of controversy on whether or not they did anything. The overall consensus was:

1. More for looks than anything else
2. Deliver a reliable spark
3. They don't add horsepower (as sometimes claimed). However, they can help reclaim horsepower if your stock wires are no good
4. Thicker PVC shell which allows them to last better in higher temps

The way I see it, they're more for looks than anything else. If you're trying to dress up your engine bay, go for it. They are not a must have mod, but they do have a lot of benefits.
