This is just going by memory, but overall, members have been happier with SPEC. My stage 3 coupled to the LW flywheel was great. From a driveability standpoint, it took a little more concentration to creep and the friction point window is smaller than stock. I loved the feel though, others that were not used to it stalled it usually.
I think one of the guys with big power burned up a stage 3, but he dragged also.
Don't skimp, get the flywheel also, now is the time to do it. You will be in good shape with the LSD, clutch and FW.
