Yeah, I'm trying to be a little different. I have a new pretty girl there every week. Kind of like a magazine cover. This weeks avatar is Veronika Simon. I dare you to google that name. ha ha. Keep watching my posts every week. I already have the next four girls picked out.

Oh really.

The bushin' will keep the engine from not movin' as much, will not ride smoother, that bushin' doesn't even deal wit the suspension or ride at all.

So than whats the point? Less engine movement would translate as what? More horsepower? Better handling?

^^
Less engine movement means more power to the ground.
If your engine all over the place and when you gun it some of it goes to the chassis, and some to the ground.
Wit the SuperPro engine steady poly bushin' more power will go to the ground, and less to the chassis.

It makes the throw shorter it is a new shift rod. I love it and will never go back, all my friends compliment my quick shifts ahh if they only knew.

Yeah I understand that the throw is shorter which allows quicker shifts, but mainly what i was asking is what makes a short throw shifter a short throw. If you know what i mean. Im just trying to see if the handle you physically grab to shift is shorter and thats all or if there are other parts to it. What im thinking it the back of my mind which i should have just came out and said it, is, is this something easy to install, how much does it cost and is the TRD shifter easily availbile, or where can i get one? LOL sorry for be complicated. :)

Try this:

Thanks, how about how long does this take to install? Ive never pulled my shifter out so its something new for me to learn. Thanks again

Here's a cheap one. Its an anodized valve cover and cap. Found 'em at walmart around 3.00. This picture doesn't do it much justice but in the sun it bounces off the rotor. looks pretty good. I might switch over to chrome.

Damn, turbosolara beat me to weight reduction. Spare and jack tool, trunk mat, etc... It may sounds ridiculous, but I used to roll around with 1/4 tank of gas in the summer months and then only fill up to 1/4 when I was on E.

As far as clutch needing to be replaced, spend the extra cash and get the lightweight flywheel. Mine was $280 I think...

Throttle body coolant bypass is a waste of time, IMO, yes I tried it.
