yup its not reall the size of the rim that matters, u can have 17s with tires that have a smaller sidewall, causing the overall diameter to be smaller, so your speedo says you are going faster than you really are. i read somewhere that with the tsw revos and standard tires, the overall diameter is smaller than stock 16s, so when your speedo says 60, u might be at 56-57. not a huge deal though
