ceramic pads are made to withstand higher temperatures....
coz at autozone the semi-metallics are the cheap 17 dollar pads that eat up your rotors and coz all kinds of dust...
and if they wree gonna use racing pads shouldn they be kevlar compund?

higher heat withstand is better, however that does not mean it is stronger.
im sure race cars use full metallic, if not semi-m. metallic and semi-m most likely do eat up your rotors b/c in a race that is how long they keep the parts. every race new rotors and pads are used.
there is still a lot of info out there. im not too familiar with kev comp yet. too much other stuff.
