H E L P ! ! ! ! !

Hey what's up everyone. Maybe some of you can help me. I asked for help about this same topic a few months ago, but it still hasn't gone away.
I have a 2000 4-banger Solara. Lately, the accelerator has been sticking A LOT! There are times when I have to put a lot of pressure on it in order for it to go down so that my baby can move. Before, it only happened when I was at a complete stop (i.e. at a stop light, when I try to go, the accelerator sticks and won't go down.) Lately, it's been happening more often, and has even started happening when I ease up on the accelerator and try to push down on it again. I've brought it into a Toyota dealership, and they want to charge me $200 to clean the fuel injectors. But mind you, they don't know if that's the problem. For the past 6000 miles, I've added Chevron brand fuel injector system cleaner. I wish I could say it helps, but the problem still presist. My baby runs a lot smoother, so the product is working in that sense, but my accelerator is still sticking.
Can anyone help me out? Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do to it fixed?
Please help, I'd really appreciate it. The rainy season is coming, and I don't want to end up pealing out every time I am at a stop light.
